What is your company's medium-term vision?

In the “Medium-Term Management Plan (FY24-26)” starting in FY2024, we have set the goal of
becoming a “GLOBAL NEO FINANCE COMPANY” by 2030,
The plan calls for the Group to become a “GLOBAL NEO FINANCE COMPANY - A global comprehensive life services group with finance at the core” by 2030,
and to build a “Saison Partner Economic Zone” through partnerships that “start with customers' needs” rather than simply being a finance company.
We aim to create synergies on a global scale by building a “Saison Partner Economic Zone” through partnerships that “start with customers' needs”
and establish a relationship based on “give and take”.
In order to ensure the realization of our vision for 2030, we have formulated a medium-term
management plan through the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, with the following key policies: “Thoroughly bulk up domestic businesses,” “Utilize
banking functions to accelerate each business, and strengthen financial function,” “Evolution of unique global development starting from India, and
bidirectional fusion between Japan and overseas,” and “Business strategy-linked employee
growth and strengthening of management base."
Each business pursued growth strategies and capital efficiency improvements, aiming to achieve consolidated business profit of JPY 100 billion and an ROE of 9.5%.
Thanks to the steady progress of these strategies, we achieved the FY26 consolidated business profit target of “JPY 100 billion,” originally set at the time of formulating the medium-term management plan, one year ahead of schedule.
In light of this achievement, and taking future growth prospects into consideration, we have revised the FY26 target upward to “JPY 110 billion.”
